The Barca Arade was built strictly following the instructions of the Museu da Marinha so that it replicates the vessels that circulated on the river in the 15th century, and on which master João Venâncio takes us on a three and a half hour tour , from Portimão to Silves . There are about 15km of navigation with a stop in Silves to, in an hour and a half, fall in love with the former capital of the kingdom.
Along the way, we will look at the Arade River and the history that accumulates on its banks, from a unique perspective and always adorned by the knowledge and good disposition of the commander.
